I GAINED A POUND...... How oh how could I have gained. I guess it's all that muscle I have gained. rrrrggggggg
Work has been good. Someone bought in danish's today and candy I HAD NONE. Tomorrow is hoagies and chips, because someone is bringing us lunch. So, I guess I will have a small piece and NO chips...I can do this. I can do this...

ohhh bummer!! Did you weigh in at the same time of day? I get fatter as the day goes on, I think some of it soaks into the bed, I'm lightest in the morning. lol. Someday my bed will fall through the floor I bet.

Sounds like you're doing all the right things to stay on track - stay with it, you'll start dropping those pesky pounds :)
My best tip is walking, walking, walking. It helps a lot more than not eating stuff. That and eating regular meals and several meals each day:) Helped lots of my friends:) Power walking in particular

My bright ideas:
Weigh yourself only in the morning... the fewest clothes possible... like right after a shower...
Hoagie: Take the top off.
Chips: skip em, or just 2!
Hang in there!!!! Don't starve yourself, you can reward yourself, and just have samples!
Last night I was at a birthday party: I had 2 bites of carrot cake... a sweet treat, but not the entire package...
I am having the same troubles..it is getting cold, and none of my pants from the spring fit me! Summer shorts and crop pants are not going to cut it much longer!! I have been trying to walk, cut out chips and candy which are my worst habits, and I even jog for a couple seconds off and on through my power walk. Keep up the good work! I don't weigh myself. I will know if it is working in other ways.. you could be just replacing the fat with muscle, too...that is why I never weigh myself-I always gain in muscle and it used to get me down seeing that higher number...my doc knows how much I weigh if Ireally need to know!
