This is one of the stamps Lisa, at my work got me. (She knows how to shop, let me tell you!!!)
I used it to make thank you cards for all the girls at the office! I used liquid pearls on her skirt, then covered it with stickles, that made for a really neat look. I colored using prisma pencils and baby oil. (I'll be using this in my card class coming up at the one little spark shop)
