February Friends with Unity blog hop Paper Piercing.

Happy February friends,

This month we have some paper piercing projects for you, It's not something I do often.  But it was fun!

Created this card with the set Seasons of life, I really like the sentiments with this once.   I simply colored the image with copic markers, Helpful hint I learned the hard way, color before you glue down your pattern paper.  I stamped the snowflakes around the edge and blended some speckled egg distress oxide around the edge.  I then splashed some of the same colors spray on it for a little contrast.

That is it, easy card but so pretty.

Have a great weekend,

Dawn

Next on the hop is. The amazing Dawn Fields  go see her HERE!

I just love the pattern you chose for the paper piecing. It really would make a fine looking coat! The matching mittens and hat too. I love the snowflake background border and the splatters in speckled egg. I am hoping to get a hold of this color soon. Your tip is great as I found that out too. I am so excited to be a part of this group, you are all so talented.

A very beautiful card too! She looks warm and wonderful in her pretty coat. The snowflakes really make it look dimensional, as if she's looking through them, very very nice. Hey, thanks for the tip I did not know that.
