Gothic Arch Hostess!

Good day bloggers,

This week I am again the hostess over at Gothic Arches! WoooHOoo, I chose the theme buttons. It's something we all have! I love buttons. I love putting them on my arches. This arch is used with a dress makers pattern on the bottom, some distress inks, and EP. I think I would have added more blue now that I look at it!

Thanks for playing and sharing!

Gothic Arch "Narnia"

This weeks theme over at GA, is favorite movie. Well, as soon as I read that I knew exactly what to get out! I used the Lion (Aslan) from a Tim holtz set I never used. I took some su letters and made the work Narnia, added a key and some dcwv pp. Easy Peasy....I would have liked something from the movie, like the wardrobe, but I don't own that stamp yet... Thanks for stopping in and taking a look see!

Gothic Arch: Old School

This weeks challange over at the gothic arch site is old school. Now, my lovely friend Louise from the Most wonderful blog Kard Krazy sent me some vintage images. These alpha letters were in them, so, I knew when I saw this challange I would be using them. I have the little saying for a teacher that I really like. So, I added that with some staples and that is about it. Nothing to fancy.

Gothic Arch.. Music & lyric

This weeks theme over @ Gothic Arch is music & lyrics. I don't really have to much to fit that, but I gave it a shot. The life is a song is from a inky antics stamp. the birds are inkadinkadoo, the radio is from a card I cut it out. (50's are vintage to me...lol) I added silver ep to the edge. I also put the music symbol to the bottom It is also an inkadinkadoo stamp.

Please be nice. I did not have a lot to work with..lol

Chirstmas Gothic Arch!!

Can you really believe that Christmas is only 16 days away?? I think I will panic now!!

Yesterday was our annual Christmas party with my stamp club. There are only a few of us and yesterday there was 4 of us. So, it's small and cozy. Like I said we had steak and salad etc. it was really nice.

This is the project I brought. Everyone did something very different. This is what I came up with. Phyllis brought this Santa, I don't' know who it's from but I thought he was really cool.

pp: K&co. I added versamark and sprinkled holiday EP over it. Then added buttons and the Merry Christmas is from Su. The swirl is from that huge clear set that's name just flew out of my head lol
