This book is written as a fiction, but I believe there is a lot of truth in it. I can tell you that this book will change lives, IF people really listen to what God is saying. I am telling you it's incredible!

The basic story is that this loving mans daughter is murdered, God sends him a not to meet him at the very place she is killed. Does he go? Does he refuse Gods offer to talk?? You'll have to read and find out.

Now I have heard good, and negative, but with every book that has to do with Christianity, you'll have the critics. You need an open mind and heart, and it's a hard read, I cried, I healed and I felt how hard it is to overcome "the great sadness"

I have not gotten over mine yet, wonder if I'll get a letter from God.

Book & Movie review..

19 minutes by: Jodi Picoult

This books is really really good. If you have children, and you worry about the affects of bullying you should read this book. It has really opened my eyes to what goes on in school today. You will find yourself shocked at the emotions you will feel. I sure did!! This book is a tad bit graphic, it is about a school shooting, and they do go into some detail. IF your squeamish, or have a hard time reading that type of story. If you would like to purchace her book try here!!

The Movie:

Well, in case you don't know this I am a HUGE fan of the Chronicles of Narnia books. And a bigger fan of the movies. My husband took me to see Prince Caspian, on Friday. Ohh, I loved it. It's a bit more violent than the first, and not as "cute" as the first. It does not follow the book as closely as the first, part because of time and some stuff they just left out.

The scenes were so pretty, and I love those kids, they have grown, and it's perfect for the story. It's a year later in our world.

I would love to hear how any of you felt about either the book or the movie..

Into the wild....Book review

I have been wanting to get this book (Into the wild) for some time. Now that it will be on the big screen I figured I better run and get it. NO place in my county had it!! Go figure. SO, Friday I ran up the road and bought it at borders. Oh, I read this one in three days. It's really really good. Chris McCandles was one heck a person. I loved the book. I won't give to much away, but what the trailer for the movie gives away is nothing compared to the book. It was a little slow in one section when the author went into some details about men who came before Chris and did the same sort of thing.

Just let me tell you get the book read it then we will talk...I will be going to see this movie as soon as it comes out.

Not much time for crafting. My desk is piled sky high. So, gotta get that cleaned before my mojo comes back...
