Well, it's been so long I thought I may need to re-introduce myself.
Life this month for me has been very strange. My son, is taking up a lot of my "extra" time, and that is usually bed time. It's okay I really don't mind at all, I know there will be a time where those little chats and book time will be no more. I usually create on weekends and nights.
I am sorry, I have been just not able to keep up. I taught a class today, and it was so hard to get it goin', it's just a wacky month.
my in-laws leave this upcoming weekend, pray for my boys, the youngest is more of a mess like me, my hubby is just mad, and the other boys don't' seem to mind so far.
So, I will be stamping and blogging real soon. Just bear with me please!

I am really slacking on the blog stuff so far this year. I have been having some stuff going' on and it's just taken up all my time.
I did manage to make one card this week! Yeah, one woo hoo!
Okay, as you all know my in laws are moving away from us at the end of the month. With my youngest son having such a hard time I've been really dealing with that. I posted on a stamp site about the troubles I am having and about being upset with God. Well, can I just tell you for those of you who think cyber friends don't rock...they do more !
One of the women over there sent me a package with a lovely not (Thank you Teresa) it had a daily reading book with words of strength and wisdom, she also sent me a stamp and some papers. I used the background paper and the music stamp she sent for this card.
Louise, sent me the little lady and I had the flowers.
This card will go to Teresa, (i don't think she reads my blog)
ps. happy birthday Louise!!

Yes, I do love these little fellows, These three cards I used the same little character, but in different colors and ways. The square one, I only colored one flower, since the sentiment says, be you. I thought in order to "be you" you gotta be a little different right?
other than getting a little card making' in, I got all the Christmas stuff packed, and dh got it all in the attic! way to go! Kids even helped clean up today. I made cookies (start the diet tomorrow)
Lets see other than that and the fact I want to cause harm to my ATG gun, that is about it for today!

Good Saturday bloggers,
I can say that this stamp set is just so much fun. I got it from doodle factory. The images are very much like Me & dh, goofy. I actually thought of getting one as a tattoo they are that cute!
I used this guy named frozey! i love his hair. I used that new fun flock for the hair, it's a neat look a little messy but, that is okay!

These new HERO ARTS stamps are a lot of fun. I think they are just cute, and easy to use. I like them a lot. The fact the hero arts is a green company, makes it even better.
I used some left over paper, some eyelets (remember them?) and a prisma flower. I colored the little porcupine with prisma pencil & baby oil.
I did not realize how crocked this was. Oh, well!
Well, it's official my in laws are moving away. Now don't get me wrong they are the in laws but, I am having a hard time with it. I think that is why I can't sleep! They will be moving to Missouri on Feb 2. My youngest son is taking' it very hard. It will be a major adjustment for us. We loose our sitter, so I'll have to work something out for wed. They are the ones that will take the little guy when I am sick or we have something to do. They are our only family in the area. ACK, it's gonna be a major adjustment for our boys ( and me!)
Over at stamp Haven (the best online stamping community) we are doing' a weight loss thing. Instead of rewards like cash, we are rakin' each other for encouragement. Stay tuned for before and after pics...ACK!

Happy New Year bloggers,
I'll get to that later, but I wanted to get a card posted since it's been so long. One Little Spark the shop has the NEW hero arts stamps. Can I just say I love them! I can't wait to get the little china dolls. If you live in New Jersey, get your butt over to the store, they got some awesome things.
I used the mushroom, and stamped them along the bottom, added a little fairy to the mushroom, colored with prisma pencils, baby oil & leplume markers. Added a little stickles to her wings (what fairy would not be complete without glittery wings?)
PP: A muse, prisma flowers, stamps hero arts
( I am working on my pics, so hopefully this year i'll get better)
