Ohhh the pain.!

Well, as most of you know I had surgery on my buttocks on Friday! This is a tmi post!

Well, it went well, Dr said he saw why I was in pain before the surgery! NOW, the pain is a million times worse and I am not sure how much longer I can take it. It's like someone is stabbing and pulling at me at the same time, sorta like giving birth!

I have not been aloud to eat since Tuesday and not supposed to eat till Monday, not sure if I can continue, on this no food thing.

I am gonna take a pain killer, I have not yet, but I just can't deal any more. I don't like pills!

So, hope to post some stuff soon. Just be patient with me, I'll be back at it before long!

What a day!

Hey bloggers,

Sat was crazy, I taught again at One Little Spark, it was a lot of fun and busy, a full class we had 11 women in one room with lots of paint, ink, beeswax and fun! What a great little store, if you live in or visit New Jersey, you should take a ride, it's a fun place, and make sure you ask Lee, to show you how to make a perfect bow!

I forgot my camera, so I need to get some pics from Pat, or Linda.

My favorite student was there, Sharon F. and she is ready for another cards for heroes day, so look for that soon.

My next class will be card gift holders...So, keep your eyes open for that!

Have a blessed Sunday...

(oh, I got more copics woo hoo)

Happy St. Patricks day Bella!

Good day bloggers,
I have done something I said I never would... I ....I .....bought copic markers...Oh, the horror!
Well, for those of you who knew I would cave one day...nanner nannerr boo boo!
I got this bella image for Christmas (thanks Lisa) I loved it, and one day while at one Little spark, I saw them. I passed them bye a few times, and today I knew I had to have them in my little hands. Now, they can't be that special can they?? Well, yes they can!

I bought 4 pens that day. To use with this bella image. Wow, they are something Else. I do know that they don't work well with my beloved archival ink, so I got a tiny dew drop of the memento's ink to use with them. (they were out of the big pad)
I also used spica pens...I love them (thank you Sandy..you rock, they rock the bling factor)
This is what I have to say about them. Yummy, smooth, bright, fantastic. I am taking a class in April, from Heather Meason, so I'll hopefully learn some terms and techniques. Thanks Sandy, for putting up with all my questions.

(did you notice, bella has awesome ripped jeans?)

Cards for heroes fundraiser & a snow storm..

It's been a busy week here girls. I have a lot to share about some other things, but for now I'll keep it to some pics.

On Saturday, at the One Little Spark, We had a cards for heroes event, well lets just say there was one wonderful women Sharon, that showed up. She even missed a dentist apt to help us. She said she knew the troops needed the cards more. And I think that is just lovely.
So, Linda, Pat, Sharon and my self made and gathered 100 cards...woo hooo. (of course I filled in some, pat filled in some from the store and so did Angela, from the scrapbook cafe')
Another women, donated 10 gorgeous, photo cards, and Linda, donated some cash for shipping.
So, I'll be sending these goods to Fabre this week. Thank you Pat, Linda, Angela, Sharon & December!
Now, onto the snowstorm. Yesterday I ran to the grocery to grab some garbage bags. The store was packed, no buggies, no baskets, packed to the gill, I Thought geesh, why. There was chatter in the store about a big snow storm. Yeah, right they always say that and we NEVER get snow here in southern New Jersey.
Well, we got it. No work today ..wooo whoooo. no school today..whooo whooo, we have about 8" out side with 13" drifts. I am gonna dig my van out later, I hope I can it's in a huge snow drift.
The boys & I were out at 9am, for a long fun time, it's super uber windy here at the shore.

Have a great day!
