I had a nice Saturday. I slept a bit in the am. (Thanks hun!) I then went to lunch at this yummy restaurant with my friend Jessica. When I got home it rained really bad, and I heard ooooh's and ahhhh's. We had a dbl rainbow out side. How cool is that. Not sure if you can see it in the pics.
My gardens got some good rain on and off this weekend. It's sunny, then dark & hailing..Weird weather here at the shore.
I planed sunflowers this spring. They are huge. They were little baby seeds... Ohh, the were so tiny and now they are sooo huge. As you can see from the pics, one is getting it's petals. The buds on these things are huge. My zinnias are also looking mighty fine. I planed them from seeds too! I love watching them grow, bud and bloom!
Take a little time this comming weekend to enjoy the green world around us!

Wow, Dawn, I'm proud of you!! Your flowers are looking great!
Leave the sunflowers and the birds will come and eat the seeds. My sunflowers are not as big but I've enjoyed watching the birds.
Your zinnias are pretty. Deadhead them and they'll keep blooming.
The double rainbow is beautiful!! Thanks for sharing it.
