Blog Review!

Sorry, I have been MIA, for a few days, I thought I loaded posts for the week! ooPPss. I try to load a weeks worth on Sundays, and I guess I did'nt.

Well, anyway, today I am reviewing GAAL CREATIVE, it's Anne Galls' blog. Talking about talent. She is a photo gal, and card maker! Her photos are STUNNING, I was shocked at the beauty in her pics. Her blog is new and there is not much love being given to her. She deserves it, so please stop bye, and check her out!! Leave a comment letting her know you found her and what you think!! As for what is going on here! Football, Football, Football....We had our parent meeting this past week, and I opened my mouth and now am in charge of the football teams website!! (I have NOOOOO idea how to do a website) So, that will be a task. Had to get the boys new cleats today 50 bigones, for cleats...why do those feet keep growing. The ones he wanted were out of his size so he went up a size, They should go for 2 seasons!!!!

Wound up getting ds#3, his school shoes too! They were buy one get one 1/2 off so, I thought might as well! Got each boy a new shirt for school too! School shopping is hard work when u have 3 boys! The oldest is pretty much fine with a few t's and new sneaks. He can buy stuff he wants, and most of his clothes fit from year to year. He is a Sr. This year...YIKES!! DS#3 is gonna be very very hard to shop for, he's picky, and a hard size to fit. He needs everything. He fits nothing from even the summer. I went to kmart (of all places) and grabbed some cheap junky shorts & t's just to get him buy. He has grown so much this summer!!!

This card was done from a sketch. I found this blog on google reader. I am so glad I found it. It's new but, the cards and sketches are great. The colors are fun and the different takes on them are even better. I hope you check it out.

Blog review!!

Well, I found this stunning blog. It's soooo neat, the blogger does paper flowers, now I know a lot of people do paper flowers, but her blog is clean fresh, and to be honest, I have never scene anyone do flowers like this. I thought some of them were real. Fantabulous!!!

Blog review, tagged, & I got a award!!

My blog review this week is for:

My Time, My Creations by, Lauren Meader. She is one heck of a stamper, mom and top blogger IMHO, I don't even remember how I found her blog. I know that I am very drawn to her blogging style. She does the "formula" for her card for those of you who must have that. Lauren, also tells a story, she is a very creative gal that puts a ton of her family into her blog. I really love seeing her card and hearing about her day, her children etc. I am not even sure but, she may be famous...

Her daughter is Alexa, some of you may know about those stamps that are named after her. She has down syndrome, her story will make you cry and when you see her picture you will want to give her a HUGE hug!! Please, go read her story you will not be sorry!!!

Well, I of course have left comments on her blog, and I just told her about the walk I am doing tomorrow. I raised 350 bucks in one week for the buddy walk. It is for awareness for down syndrome. The money is staying local. I had a pt with down syndrome. His name was Doug he passed away about two years ago. He was a great kid. His dad was my eldest sons 5th grade teacher. WOW is :Lauren has given me the Arte y pico award (art & more award), I was shocked, my jaw hit the ground. I was shocked that someone with her level of talent was giving me an award. WOW, I might as well have been in a gown on the red carpet getting an award from a huge start, like Johnny depp or or or Martha....LOL LOL that is how I felt goofy huh. I assume I must give 7 silly facts about my self and give the award to some well deserved bloggers.

I will first give the random facts. ( cause I was tagged)

1. When I was a teenager, I had my name on the side of a stock car.

2. I took roller skating lessons.

3. I wanted to date the karate kid.

4. I can't look see touch or be around matches. (it's the major ocd)

5. I would love to see a real water horse ( lock ness)

6. I am tired of saying I

7. I was the first person to ride the superman ride at six flags, I was the human test dummy, now smart was I back then??

Now I don't have to tag anyone....I don't think I do... But, I am giving my award to these fab 5 people..........

1. Andi-- Do I have to tell you why she is art and more......Her life is really cool, she does so much for the little school her kids are involved in and ton of cool ranch stuff. even cleaning poop and cutting grass she makes it all sound well, cool..

2. Sandy- Her blog is a ton of art and a lot of more. She does cards for heroes. Please go check out her blog and the blog she does for the heroes.

3. Louise Well, she is Kard Krazy, has more fantabulous art and some more too!!

4. Jacqualine--who's name I spell wrong all the time, but her blog is a nest of wonderful art. She lives in France so her more, is well, manufeet or whatever the french say....lol

5.....Stacy--Stacy is a great great great card maker, her sewing is perfection. I love it all. I also love her puppy adventures, and all the other fun stuff she talks about. Please go check them all out.

I am gonna have to set up a poll on here to see if these reviews are any fun. I actually like them a lot...lol can't wait to be mean...LOL

Today we are looking at our first overseas blog. We are traveling to France. (bon jour)

Her blog is in English, she is one heck of a lady, I think you will all agree that her nature style. I love her arches, some of the best you will ever see. I also really love her banners, if you are new to her blog, please look in her archives for these. I am not sure of any person that would not enjoy her vintage style. You will also see some of her surrounding on her blog, love her home and the land there is stunning. Who knew there were real almond trees...LOl

Today were gonna go Kard Krazy!!

Helllooooooo Bloggers,

Today were gonna take a look @ the Lovely Louise, Her blog "Kard Krazy". Is one very impressive blog. She post's about 7.7 times a week according to Google reader, So, there is never a dull moment. I love her blog for many reasons. Louise, does ATC, MOos', Inchies and Gothic Arches. ( and cards...lol) I also like that she does so many challenges. If I need a little mojo for a project, I can take a peek at her blog and find samples to many things. Like Ethel, she has been published a few times. Okay many times. Her style is on the vintage side, It's a delight !!. I can say that if you don't stop by her blog you will be missing out on some fun stuff. She is really a wonderful lady. I have some of her cards, and they are among my faves.


( nooo, my van is not working, I still have a friends car, it's new and sporty, and I hate it!! lol I am afraid of it. Had a young kid try to race me in his mustang today @ lunch..ugh.!! hope to have dh out there tomorrow figuring something out!!)

Today is The paper quilter.

This is my friend Ethel's, blog. She lives in Nebraska. Her art is eclectic, and very original. (in a good way). I don't think she knows how to keep it simple. Her art is very creative, caring and fresh. She goes from vintage to bold and it's all just eye candy. She has been published several times, and you will see why.

Ethel, was my first pea friend on 2pp's. She, helped my ds, with his flat Stanley, project. I will always be grateful for her for that. Ethel, went out of her way to do a fantastic job.

Today I will review. Sandy's blog. "it's a colourful world":

Sandy, has a blog that everyone can enjoy. Her style of writing is fun, fresh and full of humor. Her cards that she does for the troops are so colorful and fun.

She, blogs about life & about her passion for cards for heroes. I love this blog because, it has some of her in it. I like the blogs that have some real life fun and also cards. I really like the mix. If you are a new person to her blog, you must go back and check out her posts about her trip to the Holy land. The pictures are wonderful and the story is also fantastic.

I also think you should take a look at some of her videos. My favorite is the human tetris. I was in stitches.
